![]() Even only a week in, my back was noticeably straighter, and my core tighter, and now, they’re completely changed. The greatest changes I’ve experienced, which surprised me, were in my posture and shoulders. ![]() This experience has fully changed my mindset on strength, and literally changed the shape of my body. The exercise app along with her helpful food guidelines (Greek Turkey Burgers for the win!) are user friendly, and easy to understand even without much knowledge in the kitchen or a background in fitness. The variation in the workouts-daily and then every 4 weeks-assured zero boredom, and zero stagnating. Each Sunday, when I’d submit check-ins, Marsella praised my hard work and efforts, lifting me up when I felt I’d fallen short, or if my week had felt less than stellar, reminding me this is a life-long journey, not only 12 weeks, and she truly encouraged me to keep pushing myself past what I thought were my limits. ![]() Marsella was available through email, text, and her app, and I could count on her to get back to me ASAP every time I messaged, and with patience through her explanations and encouragement, always. Her dedication is apparent in the relationships and bonds she builds with her clientele.
